My Health Can’t Wait will be at UPLIFT HER, an African American Male Wellness Agency health and wellness initiative event for women. Join us and other local organizations on June 20 from 2 pm to 7 pm. This event was created by women to inform and empower women of color to take responsibility of and prioritize their health. At this event, women will be exposed to a robust network of healthcare professionals, community partners, sponsors, community health workers and patient navigators. This event will also feature health screenings. Come join the community and gain information and resources that will help support you on your healthcare journey.

In support of The Balm In Gilead, My Health Can’t Wait welcomes you to join us and other local organizations at the Healthy Churches 2030 Roadmap Tour on May 4 from 10 am to 4 pm (9 am to 3 pm CDT). This in-person conference focuses on establishing sustainable faith-based approaches to public health strategies within congregational health ministries. This event will provide faith, health and community leaders with training and resources to help reduce racial health disparities.
